RICE CAKE PIZZA BY CHEF ALEXANDROS PAPANDREOU

MATERIALS:

6 Agrino rice cakes with oregano
80 g pizza sauce
120 g mozzarella cheese
4 slices of bacon
some baby roquette leaves

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

We chop the bacon and sauté it at high heat in a non stick frying pan for about 2-3 minutes. 

We place the oregano rice cakes on an oven plate covered with baking paper. We cover the rice cakes evenly with the pizza sauce, the mozzarella and the bacon.

We place the oven plate in a preheated oven at 200ο C for about 3-4 minutes.

We remove the rice cakes from the oven and sprinkle them with the baby roquette leaves before serving.
